Our fees reflect the time spent on site, the number of staff involved, and travel distance from Melbourne CBD. Every engagement starts with a brief phone call so we can confirm scope before quoting.

Combined engagements
Many clients book a journey audit followed by front-line coaching to implement findings. When both are confirmed at the same time, we offer a bundled rate — typically 10% below the separate totals. Ask during your initial call.
Travel
Melbourne metro visits are included in the prices above. For regional Victoria and interstate work, we charge travel at cost (flights, accommodation, mileage) with an estimate provided before you commit.
Payment terms
- 50% deposit on confirmation of booking
- Remaining balance due within 14 days of report delivery or final session
- Invoices are issued in AUD with 14-day payment terms
Quote-based work
If your situation does not fit the consultations above — for example, you operate across multiple states or need a longer coaching programme — we will provide a written quote after the initial conversation. There is no charge for the scoping call.
Important: Prices shown are starting points for a standard engagement. Your final quote will be confirmed in writing before any work begins. We do not charge subscription fees or lock you into ongoing contracts unless you explicitly request a retainer arrangement.
