Who this is for
Businesses where staff attitude and consistency matter as much as the core service — salons where the shampoo experience sets the tone, clinics where nervous patients need calm reassurance, or cafés where the person at the register is the face of the brand.
This works best after a journey audit, but it can also stand alone if you already know which behaviours need attention.
Session structure
Each 90-minute session covers one theme: greeting and first impressions, handling complaints without escalation, upselling that feels helpful rather than pushy, and closing the visit so clients leave with a clear reason to return.
Sessions include role-play based on real situations your team has encountered. We use your actual space — the reception desk, the waiting area, the counter — so practice translates directly to the workday.
What changes
Staff leave each session with one specific behaviour to practise before the next meeting. We check in on progress at the start of every session. By week four, most teams have a shared vocabulary for what good service looks like in their particular setting.
